Parental Involvement and Conduct:

1. If as a parent, it is advised to remain present at home throughout the duration of the tutoring session. This not only allows you to observe the quality of teaching first-hand but also ensures the safety and well-being of your child. Your presence offers reassurance and contributes to a conducive learning environment, promoting a positive tutoring experience for both the student and the tutor.
   
   
2. Under no circumstances shall the parent directly engage the tutor for personal tutoring sessions outside of the agreed-upon arrangement facilitated by Aapka Guru. The tutor is contracted exclusively through Aapka Guru, and any attempt by the parent to engage the tutor independently for private tutoring sessions constitutes a breach of contract. In the event of such breach, Aapka Guru reserves the right to terminate the tutoring services and seek appropriate legal remedies.
   
   
3. Parents are required to refrain from engaging in personal discussions with the tutor. The tutoring sessions facilitated by Aapka Guru are intended solely for academic purposes. Any personal discussions, inquiries, or interactions unrelated to the tutoring objectives are strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to discussions about the tutor’s personal life, family matters, or any other non-academic topics. Violation of this provision may result in termination of the tutoring services provided by Aapka Guru.
   
   

Payment Terms:

4. Advance payment must be made by the parents after the confirmation for the commencement of regular classes. Subsequent payments for the following month must be completed by the 5th of every month. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of tutoring services provided by Aapka Guru.
   
   

Tutoring Agreement and Continuity:

5. After the completion of the demo class, the student/parent must provide confirmation regarding their satisfaction with the assigned tutor. This confirmation indicates that the parent is content with the teaching style and capabilities of the tutor. Following this confirmation, the student is obligated to continue with the assigned tutor for a minimum duration of one month. This ensures consistency in the learning process and allows sufficient time for the tutor-student relationship to develop and academic progress to be assessed effectively.

Leave adjustments

6. The tutor will only replace or cover classes that have been cancelled or postponed by the tutor. Any classes cancelled or postponed by the student or parent will not be eligible for replacement or coverage, and will be considered as completed sessions.
   
   

Expectations and Disclaimers:

7. You understand that Aapka Guru will find a tutor that best suits your child’s requirements, but it does not guarantee any success of any kind in any examination or test that your child may undertake.
   
   

Responsibilities and Indemnification:

8. You understand that the final decision to choose a particular tutor for your child is yours and yours alone. You explicitly agree to indemnify Aapka Guru from any harm that may be caused by any advertent or inadvertent actions of the tutor. In such cases, legal course of action on account of victims shall be applicable to the accused.
9. You understand that tutors need to be treated with respect and dignity.
